About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments and analyses on a range of chemical substances using various techniques and methodologies

• Accurately document experimental results and maintain comprehensive lab records for traceability and quality control

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Science
• Completed theoretical modules in Chemistry or a closely related field
• Demonstrable experience in a laboratory environment, preferably within analytical chemistry
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, or titration
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and good laboratory practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration
• Solid problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
