The Role

As a Graduate Management Consultant, you will:

• Support the analysis of business problems
• Assist with research and data interpretation
• Help design and implement practical solutions
• Work across Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Systems Analysis, and Solution Design

Minimum Qualifications

• BCom Management / Business Science
• BCom/BSc Computer Science
• BCom Economics / Econometrics
• BCom Information Systems
• BCom Business Analytics
• Honours or Masters advantageous

Key Requirements

• Leadership involvement — student bodies, clubs, or similar
• Experience working on team-based projects
• Prior internship or work experience advantageous
• Willingness and ability to travel, locally and potentially internationally

Key Skills

• Analytical thinking — interpreting data and identifying insights
• Communication — strong written and verbal skills
• Technical skills — MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word (basic SQL, Python, or R advantageous)
• Research — gathering and analysing information effectively
• Problem-solving — a structured yet creative approach to challenges
