Andile is opening applications for its Capital Markets Graduate Programme, a six-month accelerator built for graduates ready to step straight into the world of capital and financial markets. The programme is intentionally intense, designed to fast-track real, valuable work and career impact within half a year rather than stretching development over a longer, slower runway.

How the Programme Works

Month 1 covers foundations: structured training in capital and financial markets, including instruments, the trade lifecycle, risk, settlement and regulation, alongside an AI Fluency Foundation stream that teaches graduates to use AI tools critically and safely within a regulated financial environment.

Months 2 and 3 are rotations across Andile’s business areas and platforms, including Calypso, FinMio Risk, Front Arena and FinMechanics, giving graduates exposure to how the same market problem looks from both a business-systems analyst’s and an engineer’s perspective.

Months 4 to 6 move into specialisation, where graduates settle into one business unit for focused technical training and first client exposure.

Built Around AI, Not Around a Buzzword

This programme treats AI fluency as core to the analyst and engineer roles graduates will step into. Participants learn to use AI coding and analysis tools on real client deliverables, apply AI to genuine capital markets problems such as reconciliation exceptions and data quality, and work within the governance regulated financial clients require. Judgement, reasoning and accountability remain the graduate’s responsibility throughout.
