The Coega Development Corporation (Pty) Ltd (CDC) is assisting the National Department of Health (DOH) in implementing the Construction of the New Good Hope Clinic, Lisukisiki, based in Ingquza Hill Local Municipality in the Eastern Cape.

Nsovo Construction (Pty) Ltd, through Coega in Project, invites capable and competent persons to submit their CVs, qualifications, and application letters for the following opportunities:

Candidate Professional Programme (24 Months) — 1 Position
Stipend: Market Related

Built Environment graduates with a completed 360-credit NQF Level 7 qualification (or 480 credits or more) in architecture, quantity surveying, civil, structural, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related built environment discipline. Applicants must not yet be professionally registered but must be eligible to register as a candidate with ECSA, SACAP, SACQSP or SACPCMP, with a minimum of 1 year’s experience. Willingness to be registered by the contractor with the CIDB Skills Development Agency is required. South African citizens with a valid ID only.

Internship Programme (18 Months) — 4 Positions
Stipend: Market Related

• Building Management (1 post): Degree, National Diploma or N6, or equivalent NQF Level 6–7 qualification in Building or Construction Management
• Civil/Structural Engineers (1 post): Degree, National Diploma or N6, or equivalent NQF Level 6–7 qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Quantity Surveyors (1 post): Degree or B-Tech, or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification in Building or Quantity Surveying
• Employee Relations (1 post): Degree, National Diploma or N6, or equivalent NQF Level 6–7 qualification in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology

All internship candidates require no more than 1 year’s applicable experience (including in-service training), a relevant working understanding of the field, and must be able to commit to the full internship period.
