About the Programme
The Columbus Stainless Production Training Programme is designed to provide graduates with structured exposure to the practical application of the theoretical principles acquired during their studies. Trainees will work alongside experienced professionals within the production environment, gaining insight into operations, processes, and industry standards that will form the foundation of a successful career.
Training is scheduled to commence on 1 July 2026.
Who Should Apply
Applications are welcomed from candidates who hold, or are in the final stages of completing, a National Diploma or BEng Tech in any of the following disciplines:
- Metallurgical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Instrumentation
- Business Operations
Candidates must have their full qualification in hand, or be in a position to provide a letter of completion if studies have been recently concluded.
