Who Should Apply

Discovery is looking for young South Africans who bring the right combination of potential, personality, and drive. The following requirements apply:

• Age between 18 and 30 years
• Completed National Diploma or Degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A confident, professional, and client-focused approach
• Genuine willingness to learn and grow
• Resilience, determination, and entrepreneurial potential
• Commercial curiosity and an interest in financial services
• Must not have previously participated in any internship or learnership programme
• Must be unemployed at the start of the programme (1 May 2026)
