About the Opportunity
Sun International’s Group PBE (People, Brand and Experience) department is seeking one graduate to join its Employee Relations team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will support the HR function by assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of positive workplace relationships. This role is designed to build foundational expertise in handling workplace concerns and promoting effective communication between employees and management.
The programme provides structured mentorship and coaching, giving graduates the tools to develop practical, real-world skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizenship
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- A completed Diploma, BA, or BCom in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Management
- An LLB qualification will be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- Good analytical abilities and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and grow within the labour relations and people management field
Candidates must also demonstrate professionalism, the ability to maintain confidentiality, strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
