About Feltex and the Programme
Feltex is an established manufacturing organisation with operations across South Africa. The Graduate Trainee Finance programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic qualification and practical professional experience. Internal Controls and Compliance — The trainee will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting documentation processes, and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.

Audits and Year-End Processes — The trainee will assist with the preparation of ledger balances, compilation of trial balances, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Supporting audit documentation and financial reporting forms a core component of this function.
Creditors Management — Accounts payable duties include preparing credit applications, reconciling creditor balances against supplier statements, resolving supplier queries, preparing payment submissions, maintaining creditor master files, and issuing remittance advice to suppliers.
