Growthpoint is South Africa’s largest JSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust, with a diversified portfolio of over 450 commercial, retail and industrial properties across South Africa, Australia and Eastern Europe. It is now recruiting graduates for its 2027 programme.

About the Programme

This 12-month programme gives you real responsibility from day one. You will work on impactful projects, rotate through different teams and sites, and attend a role-specific learnership to speed up your development. A Senior Manager will guide you with direction, feedback and mentorship.

You will:

• Apply your academic knowledge in real-world settings
• Solve problems and improve service delivery across the business
• Write reports, briefings and presentations for different audiences
• Support the implementation of strategic recommendations
• Work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
• Contribute to wider business planning

Available Disciplines

Facilities Management: Industrial (Gauteng)
Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Construction Studies, Building Science or Civil Engineering.

Facilities Management: Retail (Gauteng)
Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Construction Studies, Building Science or Civil Engineering.

Sustainability and Energy (Gauteng)
BEng in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Fund Management (Gauteng)
BSc in Property Studies, BCom in Accounting or Economics, or a BSc in Engineering.

Information Technology (Gauteng)
BCom in Information Systems or BSc in Information Technology.

Investor Relations (Gauteng)
BCom or another relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Investment Management, Economics or Business. You will support integrated reporting, ESG disclosures, annual results and investor presentations.

What You Need

• The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Confidence with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• A deadline-driven approach to your work
