What is the YES Programme?
The YES Programme is a 12-month, fixed-term learnership created to support young individuals aged 18 to 35. Over the course of the programme, participants will gain valuable work experience in various areas within the automotive industry. Fields of Placement:
During the 12-month programme, you will be placed in one of the following areas based on your interests and strengths:

• Human Resources
• Marketing
• IT
• Logistics
• Finance
• Administration
• Sales
• Fleet Management
• Technical

What You’ll Do:
As a participant in the YES Programme, you will be employed on a fixed-term contract and placed in a role that aligns with your skillset. Throughout the year, you’ll gain practical work experience, develop key professional skills, and contribute to team goals. This is an excellent chance to immerse yourself in the automotive industry while learning on the job.

Requirements:
To be eligible for the YES Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A valid Matric/Grade 12 certificate
• Must be unemployed at the time of application
• Aged between 18 and 35 years old
• Highly motivated to pursue a career in the automotive sector
