Bidvest Tank Terminals has an opportunity for Work Integrated Learning within the Training Department, based in Kempton Park, Gauteng. This is an 18-month opportunity reporting to the Training Manager, and is open to one candidate.

About the Programme

This Work Integrated Learning opportunity is designed to give students practical, on-the-job work experience to complete their diploma requirements. Successful candidates will gain exposure to the various departments within Bidvest Tank Terminals and be trained in practical skills that support a smooth transition into the workplace.

Minimum Requirements

• No prior work experience required
• A valid South African Identity Document (SA Citizen)
• Must have completed theoretical training for a diploma and now require practical work experience to complete the qualification in one of the following disciplines:
• Human Resource Management
• Business Administration
• Environmental Management

Main Purpose of the Programme

• To gain an understanding of the various departments within Bidvest Tank Terminals
• To provide students with on-the-job work experience
• To train students in various practical skills that enable easy integration into the workplace
