Position Overview:
Mondi Richards Bay is offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified and driven Electrical Engineering graduate to join its Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Programme. This programme is designed to develop young engineering talent and provide them with the practical experience, mentorship, and learning environment needed to build a successful career in the pulp and paper manufacturing industry.

Minimum Requirements:

• A completed BSc or BEng degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum NQF level 8 qualification
• Minimum 60% academic average
• Completion of degree within a maximum of 5 years
• Final-year students awaiting 2024 results may also apply, provided all other requirements are met
