About the Learnership
This learnership is a structured learning programme combining on-the-job practical experience with institutional training, giving candidates the best of both worlds: real workplace exposure backed by formal skills development. Successful participants will complete a 36-month Fixed Term Contract as part of the learnership programme.

Minimum Entry Requirements
To be considered, applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:

Option 2 — N3 National Senior Certificate (6 Subjects) with a pass in:

- English
- Engineering Science
