What You’ll Do

Join our IT Division where innovation meets impact. In this exciting graduate role, you’ll:

• Collaborate directly with experienced IT professionals in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment
• Configure and troubleshoot desktop systems and workstations across diverse technological landscapes
• Provide technical support in our heterogeneous IT environment, gaining exposure to enterprise-level systems
• Track and monitor desktop operations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across multiple platforms including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and external storage systems
• Recommend innovative solutions while maintaining adherence to departmental standards and best practices
• Develop collaborative relationships across teams to achieve operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (highly advantageous)
• Experience with enterprise-level IT environments
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks
