Launch Your Analytics Career with One of South Africa’s Most Loved Restaurant Brands

Are you a data-driven problem solver ready to launch your analytics career? Join Spur Corporation as a Data Analyst Graduate and transform complex data into actionable insights that shape customer experiences across South Africa’s most iconic restaurant brands.

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for turning data into meaningful insights? Do you thrive on solving real-world problems and want to make an impact from day one? Spur Corporation is looking for a talented Data Analyst Graduate to join our dynamic analytics team and help shape the future of our iconic restaurant brands.

About This Opportunity

At Spur Corporation, we believe data is at the heart of great customer experiences and smart business decisions. As our Data Analyst Graduate, you’ll be immersed in an environment where your analytical skills will directly influence strategy, operations, and customer satisfaction across our restaurant portfolio.

This isn’t just about crunching numbers—it’s about uncovering stories hidden in data, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting initiatives that enhance how millions of South Africans experience our brands. You’ll work alongside seasoned analysts, data scientists, and cross-functional business teams who are committed to your development and success.

What You’ll Do

Your days will be varied, challenging, and rewarding. You’ll collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to extract and prepare data from diverse sources, ensuring it’s clean, accurate, and ready for analysis. You’ll dive into customer behaviour patterns, sales trends, and operational metrics to identify what’s working and where opportunities lie.

Using statistical techniques and analytical tools, you’ll help solve business problems that matter. Whether it’s building interactive dashboards in Power BI, supporting predictive modelling projects, or contributing to A/B tests that measure campaign effectiveness, your work will have visible impact.

You’ll also play a crucial role in maintaining data quality—validating datasets, performing consistency checks, and ensuring stakeholders can trust the insights they receive. And because the data landscape evolves rapidly, we’ll encourage you to stay curious, explore new tools, and continuously expand your skill set.

What We’re Looking For

You’ve recently completed (or are completing) a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. An Honours or postgraduate qualification is a plus, but what matters most is your foundation in data analysis and statistical thinking.

You’re comfortable writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. You’ve gained exposure—whether through coursework, internships, or personal projects—to visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Perhaps you’ve dabbled in predictive modelling or machine learning concepts and are eager to apply them in a commercial setting.

Above all, you’re detail-oriented, quality-focused, and excited to learn. You collaborate well with others, communicate insights clearly, and approach challenges with curiosity and determination.

Why Join Spur Corporation?

This is more than a graduate role—it’s a launchpad for your analytics career. You’ll gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level data, work on projects that span multiple business functions, and learn from professionals who are invested in your growth.

You’ll be part of a company that values innovation, celebrates South African heritage, and is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Plus, you’ll enjoy working in an environment where your contributions are recognized and your career development is prioritized.
