Eskom, South Africa’s leading electricity utility, invites dynamic and driven graduates to join its Graduate in Training Programme within the Energy Losses Department under Ops Enablement. This exciting opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about contributing to the country’s energy sector and eager to develop their professional skills in a high-performance environment.

The selected graduate will be based at Megawatt Park, Sunninghill, and will play a vital role in supporting the provision of one-stop personalised service to direct supplied, non-residential energy users. This includes assisting in coordinating customer interfaces, managing workflows, and ensuring effective customer relations in line with Eskom’s operational and service excellence standards.


Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate in Training, you will:

  • Support the delivery of Eskom’s products and service functions across key business units.
  • Coordinate and strengthen customer relationship management activities.
  • Assist in managing revenue streams and ensuring accurate data tracking.
  • Support resource coordination and the implementation of operational plans.
  • Distribute relevant information effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.

This position offers a structured learning experience designed to enhance your technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills while gaining hands-on exposure to one of the most critical sectors of South Africa’s economy.


Minimum Requirements

  • Qualification: B Degree in Data Analysis or Computer Science.
  • Additional Advantage: Exposure to data analytics tools, workflow systems, and database management will be beneficial.
