About the Role
As an IT Graduate, you’ll be embedded within our IT Division, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to support desktop systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to the smooth operation of our heterogeneous IT infrastructure.
This internship is designed to accelerate your technical skills, customer service capabilities, and problem-solving mindset. You’ll be empowered to suggest solutions, learn from real-world challenges, and grow into a confident IT professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track daily desktop operations to ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Configure, image, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot hardware and software across devices including laptops, desktops, mobile phones, PDAs, and external drives.
- Recommend hardware/software alternatives aligned with departmental standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support their IT needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology.
- CompTIA A+ and N+ certifications (required).
- Microsoft Certifications (advantageous).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with attention to detail.
