Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills across both hardware and software
• Familiarity with networking concepts, operating systems, and general IT support practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• A basic understanding of programming languages or software development principles is advantageous

Advantageous

• Experience with IT service management tools or ticketing systems
• Exposure to cloud computing platforms and services
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
