CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: CSDG LEARNER INTAKE

Enza Construction is pleased to announce the launch of its Contract Skills Development Goal (CSDG) Programme and invites applications from learners within the Built Environment who are eager to acquire practical workplace experience and industry knowledge.

Learners will receive a stipend in line with the CIDB Standards for Developing Skills through Infrastructure (Gazette 36760). Enza Construction’s dedicated team is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and guiding learners throughout their journey, ensuring participants gain meaningful, hands-on exposure within a real construction environment.

This intake forms part of Enza Construction’s ongoing commitment to skills development in the Built Environment sector. The company invites applications from individuals with construction-related qualifications who are seeking practical workplace experience to complete their qualifications and gain valuable industry exposure ahead of entering the built environment workforce.

Eligible Qualifications

• Building Studies
• Construction Studies
• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Health and Safety
• Environmental Studies
• Quality Control
• Matric certificate or an NQF Level 4 qualification in a construction-related field

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must hold one of the construction-related qualifications listed above
• Applicants with college qualifications will only be considered if they have an N6 qualification and submit an in-service training letter from their college
• Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in learning and gaining hands-on industry exposure
• Applicants must be Polokwane-based
• Minimum qualification requirement: NQF Level 4

• Proof of registration (if still studying)
• Letter of request for internship from the relevant learning institution (in-service letter)
