About the Role

As an Electrical/Mechanical Trainee, you will be trained to work as a Field Technician, with a primary focus on the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities

Working under the guidance of experienced technicians, you will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery. You will operate power tools and various specialised equipment on-site, conduct field visits to client premises as required, and ensure that all tasks are carried out safely and in compliance with relevant health and safety standards. You will also contribute to maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must have a basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical works, along with proficiency in operating power tools. As this is a field-based role, a valid driver’s licence and reliable own transport are strictly required. You must be medically fit to handle the physical demands associated with working in industrial environments. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, possesses a strong work ethic, and is genuinely committed to developing a long-term career as a technician in the industrial sector.
