Corruseal Group is offering a structured Engineers in Training (EIT) Programme for high-potential graduates who want to become professional engineers in a manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on programme. You will work on real engineering challenges, operational systems and continuous improvement projects across production and engineering functions. You will learn how a live manufacturing plant runs and how engineering decisions affect output, quality and cost.

What You Will Do
- Work on production, process and engineering systems in a live manufacturing environment
- Take part in problem-solving, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Contribute to engineering and process improvement projects
- Analyse equipment, production and process performance data
- Gain exposure to maintenance, reliability and operational excellence practices
- Apply engineering theory in practical, real-world situations
Skills and Competencies
We are looking for graduates who have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn, question and improve systems
- The ability to work in fast-paced, operational environments
- A disciplined, accountable and professional approach
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

Minimum Requirements
- BTech, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the engineering disciplines listed above
- Strong academic performance
