About the Role
As part of Hatch’s Project Delivery Group (PDG), you will be embedded within an Electrical Engineering team comprising professional engineers, designers, and technologists with extensive experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of facilities across the globe. You will support real-world projects across a range of sectors and gain the kind of hands-on experience that sets careers apart.
Hatch is looking for young engineers who are eager to engage with complex small- and large-scale engineering projects, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and develop practical solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Minimum Requirements
- South African Citizen
- Final-year student or graduate holding a BSc or BEng in Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution
- No more than 12 months of working experience
- Minimum average academic achievement of 65%
- Must attach a copy of your most recent full academic transcript
- Willingness to work in any province within South Africa
