About the Opportunity

The Graduate Internship Programme is a MICTSETA-funded initiative aimed at equipping qualifying graduates with the competencies and confidence to thrive in the IT sector. Interns will work across various IT functions, gaining exposure to systems, infrastructure, support environments, and emerging technologies relevant to the modern business landscape.

The programme runs for 12 months on a full-time basis and is available in the following provinces:

• Limpopo
• Western Cape
• Gauteng
• Mpumalanga

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A National Diploma in Information Technology or Engineering Computer Systems at NQF Level 6
• Must not have previously participated in any MICTSETA-funded graduate programme
• South African citizen
• Must be available to commit to a full-time, 12-month programme

Graduates who hold a National Diploma in IT or Engineering Computer Systems and have not yet had the opportunity to enter formal employment are strongly encouraged to apply. This programme is specifically designed for first-time entrants into the world of work.
