About the Programme
Konke Business Solutions is partnering with reputable host employers across three provinces to provide graduates with real-world, hands-on work experience in their respective fields of study. This is not just an internship — it is a structured, two-year professional development journey designed to bridge the gap between academic qualification and meaningful employment.
Interns will be placed with host employers in Eastern Cape, Gauteng, and Mpumalanga, gaining practical exposure in dynamic workplace environments that match their qualifications and career aspirations.

- Monthly Stipend: R 6,500.00

Who Should Apply?
This programme is open to unemployed graduates between the ages of 18 and 35 years old, holding NQF Level 5 to NQF Level 9 qualifications — including National Diplomas, Undergraduate Degrees, and Postgraduate Degrees — in any of the following fields:
Business Management, Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce (General), Management Assistant, Financial Management, Financial / Cost / Management Accounting, Sales & Marketing Management, Credit Management, Human Resources Management, Health and Safety Management, Labour Relations, Quality Management, Management Science, Risk Management, Sustainable Development, Project Management, Environmental Management, Operations Management, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science / Data Analytics, Information and Communication Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechatronics, Aeronautical Engineering, Maritime & Nautical Studies, BCom Law, Maritime Law, Transport Economics / Transport Management, Fleet Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Warehousing / Storage / Distribution.
