Kumba Iron Ore produces high-grade iron ore, the key component in steel widely used in construction and manufacturing across the world. Operations span exploration, mining, processing and blending, shipping, marketing and selling. In South Africa, Kumba runs mining operations in the Northern Cape province, a head office in Centurion, Gauteng, and a port operation in Saldanha Bay, Western Cape.

Civil Engineer (Talent Pool)

This role calls for a Civil Engineer ready to bring qualifications, grit, and curiosity to real infrastructure challenges on site. Big machines, bigger challenges, and the biggest impact await in one of the country’s most significant mining regions.

Qualifications:

• Civil Engineering NQF6 or higher
• Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Technologist is preferred
