About the Programme

Over 24 months, successful candidates will join either a specialised or rotational development journey designed to fast-track early-career growth. Who Schneider Electric is Looking For

Applicants should be proactive, curious, and adaptable, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential, particularly the ability to work well across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements

• A BEng/BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Sciences
• A BCom/BBA degree in Marketing Management
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• A minimum academic average of 65%
• Must be a recent 2026 graduate, or graduating within the next 6 months
• Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work
