About the Programme
Over 24 months, successful candidates will join either a specialised or rotational development journey designed to fast-track early-career growth. Graduates will work on real projects, collaborate across functions, and build practical skills in a fast-moving global technology environment, supported throughout by experienced mentors invested in their success.
Who Schneider Electric is Looking For
Applicants should be proactive, curious, and adaptable, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential, particularly the ability to work well across diverse, cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- A BEng/BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Sciences
- A BCom/BBA degree in Marketing Management
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- A minimum academic average of 65%
- Must be a recent 2026 graduate, or graduating within the next 6 months
- Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work
