As part of the Lactalis Group, the world’s largest dairy company with 250 production sites and over 85,500 employees across 51 countries, Lactalis SA is offering recent graduates the chance to build real-world experience at South Africa’s No. 1 dairy company.
This is a 12-month structured internship designed to develop the next generation of talent across the business. Interns will be paired with dedicated, experienced mentors who will guide their growth and help them build a strong foundation in the dairy industry.
Available disciplines:
HR, Supply Chain/Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Communication, IT, Quality/Research and Development, Industrial, Finance/Management Control, Legal, Safety, Health and Environment, and Engineering.

Requirements
Candidates must not be studying during 2027 and must meet one of the following academic routes:
Route 1:
- Honours Degree with a minimum of 70%
- Completed by 31 March 2027
- Applicable to 1 discipline
Route 2:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 70%
- Completed between 31 October 2024 and 31 March 2027
- Applicable across 27 disciplines
Experience requirement:
Candidates must have less than 2 years of full-time work experience.
Applicants must also have the legal right to work in South Africa.
