About the Role

As a Vehicle Sales Cadet, you’ll undergo hands-on training to become proficient in selling vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience at every step. You’ll build deep product knowledge, learn proven sales techniques, and grow into a confident, results-driven sales professional.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Product Knowledge: Learning the ins and outs of our vehicle inventory — features, specifications, and pricing — so you can confidently showcase what makes each model stand out.
• Sales Techniques: Mastering strategies for building customer relationships, understanding needs, and guiding buyers through the full sales journey.
• Customer Service: Making sure every customer feels valued and well informed from first contact through to delivery.
• Lead Generation: Proactively sourcing new leads through referrals, cold-calling, and networking.
• Sales Presentations: Delivering engaging, informative vehicle presentations that highlight each model’s unique selling points.
• Negotiation and Closing: Developing the skills to negotiate confidently and close deals that work for both the customer and the dealership.
• Sales Administration: Handling paperwork and documentation accurately and in line with industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Grade 12 / National Certificate
• A genuine passion for automobiles and the automotive industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on outstanding service
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A strong sense of integrity and ethical conduct
• A valid driver’s license
• Prior sales or customer service experience (especially in automotive) is advantageous but not essential
• Comfortable using CRM software
