This programme is designed for motivated, analytical engineering graduates who want to build a career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

As a Manufacturing Excellence Engineering Graduate, you will gain practical, hands-on exposure to a world-class manufacturing operation, working closely with engineering, production, maintenance, and other operational teams. You’ll apply engineering principles to solve real operational challenges and help drive sustainable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analysing production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Conducting time studies, work measurements, and process mapping
• Supporting the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Collecting, analysing, and interpreting operational data to support decision-making
• Assisting in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Monitoring production performance and preparing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participating in quality improvement projects and root cause analysis of production issues
• Supporting capacity planning, workflow optimisation, and resource utilisation studies
• Assisting in developing production layouts and improving material handling processes
• Participating in cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• BEng/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with coworkers
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills
• A continuous improvement mindset
