About the Programme
This Learnership combines theoretical training aligned to an NQF Learnership qualification with practical, on-site work experience. Learners will gain foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer literacy, and basic business principles, while working alongside managers and departments to develop real workplace readiness.
The theoretical curriculum covers Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication Skills, and Computer Skills — giving learners a well-rounded grounding for a future administration career.
During the practical component, learners will provide administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and departments, gaining hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment.
Minimum Requirements
- A completed National Senior Certificate (Grade 12/Matric)
- Between 18 and 29 years of age
- Currently unemployed
- Not currently studying (full-time or part-time)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Participating fully in the Learnership programme and completing all required assessments
- Engaging in all workplace readiness activities and exercises designed to prepare learners for the world of work
Skills You’ll Develop
This programme builds a strong mix of behavioural, technical, and leadership competencies, including nimble learning, workflow management, action planning, adherence to policies and procedures, managing complexity, self-development, performance improvement, self-awareness, execution and coordination of work, and accountability.
Location & Duration
This is a Fixed Term Contract (Learnership) for 12 months, based across Alrode, Germiston, Sandton, Sasolburg, and Secunda.
