Momentum Distribution Services (MDS) is offering ambitious graduates the opportunity to build a career in financial services through its 12-month Graduate Programme, based in Pretoria (Menlyn), Gauteng. This is a temporary position within the Operations cluster, offering some remote flexibility, and closes on 13 July 2026.

About the Programme

This programme is designed to lay the foundation for a future in sales and client partnership within the financial advisory space. As a graduate on this programme, you’ll be allocated a panel of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), whom you’ll be responsible for marketing Risk, Savings, Health, and Employee Benefit products to. You’ll gain exposure to the day-to-day functioning of the department while learning to engage and build meaningful partnerships with IFAs, using innovative engagement techniques backed by product, market, and sales intelligence.

This is a rare opportunity for graduates with no prior industry experience to break into financial services and develop skills that set them apart in a competitive market.

Requirements

• A minimum of a BCom degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or Legal

• Strong digital capabilities, as you’ll be required to engage digitally with stakeholders
