This role involves registering and allocating case numbers to court documents, drawing up litigant files, managing case records and archives, attending to public queries, and supporting case management processes. A valid driver’s license is advantageous.

2. Administration Clerk (DCRS) (Reference: 2026/65/OCJ)
Location: Land Court, Durban
Salary: R237 453 – R279 708 per annum (Level 5)

Duties include preparing courtrooms, operating and testing Court Recording Technology (CRT) equipment, recording court proceedings, managing digital and manual filing systems, and handling playback requests. Experience in general administration or court-related functions is advantageous.

3. Human Resource Clerk (Reference: 2026/63/OCJ)
Location: Provincial Service Centre, Gauteng
Salary: R237 453 – R279 708 per annum (Level 5)

This position supports recruitment and selection processes, PERSAL system administration, leave and benefits administration, secretariat support, and general HR administrative functions. A National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (NQF Level 6) and a PERSAL certificate are advantageous.
