About the Programme
Over the course of three years, apprentices will move through alternating phases of classroom-based theory and real-world practical training. This blended approach ensures that learners are able to convert academic knowledge into tangible technical skill, working alongside experienced tradespeople in a live production environment. The programme demands commitment, as apprentices will be required to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and a 6-day working week, with overtime as operationally required. Apprentices will also be expected to meet the theoretical pass rate benchmarks set by management throughout their training.

Essential Requirements
- N2 qualification with four (4) subjects relevant to the trade:
- Engineering Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Electrical (advantageous)
- Mechanical
- Mechanical and Electrical Drawings
- N3 qualification
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Some relevant work experience
