The programme begins with an intensive four-week specialist training programme designed to equip graduates with the technical and professional skills required to succeed in the advisory industry. Participants will then enter a structured 24-month development programme that combines practical work experience, professional mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities.

Graduate trainees will gain exposure to various aspects of corporate advisory services, including financial modelling, financial analysis, business valuations, transaction analysis, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, transaction structuring, and corporate actions compliance. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to high-profile projects while developing critical analytical and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be a South African Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid Work Permit.
• Have recently completed, or be expecting to complete, an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification.
• Demonstrate strong academic performance and analytical capabilities.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show a keen interest in corporate finance, financial markets, and advisory services.
