Opportunities Available

Graduate Placement Programme (12 Months)

This programme is designed for recent graduates who have completed their tertiary qualifications and are seeking structured, hands-on workplace exposure in their field of study. Placements are available in the following disciplines:

  • Engineering: Chemical
  • Engineering: Mechanical
  • Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHERQ)

In-Service Training Programme (12 Months)

This programme is intended for students who are currently registered at a tertiary institution and require workplace-integrated learning (WIL) as part of their academic qualification. In-Service Training placements are available in the following fields:

  • Analytical Chemistry / Microbiology
  • Engineering: Electrical
  • Human Resources / Learning and Development

Who Should Apply?

RCL Foods is looking for motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic young people who meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be from the Nkomazi area
  • Must be between the ages of 18 and 27
  • Must be a qualified graduate or a currently registered student requiring in-service training
  • Must be unemployed at the time of application
