Programme Overview

The Reutech Communications 2027 Graduate Programme is a 24-month structured programme designed to empower young engineering graduates with the practical skills, technical knowledge, and real-world experience needed to make meaningful contributions to industry. The programme aims to develop a pipeline of work-ready graduates capable of supporting organisational success and driving industry growth.

Graduates who successfully complete the programme may be employed by Reutech Communications, making this an excellent stepping stone into a long-term career within the organisation.

The programme is scheduled to commence on 1 February 2027, with positions available at both the KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng offices.

Disciplines

Applications are invited from graduates in the following engineering disciplines:

• Electronics Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Industrial Engineering

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BScEng) or Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in one of the above-mentioned disciplines
• Post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage
• Must have qualified within the last two years, or be in the final year of study in 2026
• Applicants may be provisionally accepted, subject to successful completion of their degree prior to commencement
• Academic record above 60%
• South African citizen
• In possession of a valid Matric Certificate
• Motivation letter for admission (no more than 1 page, double spaced)
• Curriculum Vitae of no more than 2 pages (double spaced)
